HR Department

The main objective of the HR Department is the management and development of employees in the University Hospital Olomouc. The HR Department ensures the recruitment and selection of employees, personnel planning, talent management, education and development of employees, payroll management, employee care, HR administration, compliance with statutory obligations and all other matters related to employees and employment relationships.

The HR Manager, as a part of his/her office, defines and manages the HR policy of the organisation and decides on strategic planning with regard to HR management in the University Hospital Olomouc.
