Medical Care Department

Key responsibilities of the Medical Care Manager:

• participates in defining of the strategy and concept of medical care,
• directly manages the senior staff of healthcare facilities,
• coordinates activities between individual healthcare units in line with medical and process development,
• directs project management for strategic areas aimed at improving and streamlining processes,
• oversees process optimization and change management.  

Medical Care Manager Team:

The team consists of clinical leads of individual specialists who contribute to the preparation and implementation of strategic priorities. These include perioperative efficiency, clinical protocol implementation, the hospital information system, shared bed management, and other key initiatives in cooperation with FNOL top management.
