Department of Clinical and Molecular Pathology

Introduction

The institute processes biopsy samples, i.e., histological, cytological, immunohistological, molecular pathological and electron microscopic examinations, and also performs autopsies with subsequent processing of autoptic samples. It provides its services to all clinical departments and outpatient departments of the University Hospital Olomouc, but also cooperates with physicians from medical facilities in the Olomouc Region and outside this region.
