Therapeutic Care Department

The main tasks of the medical care assistant:

• participates in the creation of the strategy and concept of medical care,
• directly manages the senior staff of healthcare facilities,
• in accordance with the development of medicine and processes, they fulfill a coordinating role between individual healthcare workplaces,
• covers the project management of strategic areas
• responsible for streamlining and changing processes.

Medical Care Assistant Team:

It is composed of guarantors of individual expertise with an overlap for the preparation and promotion of strategic priorities such as perioperative efficiency, implementation of clinical protocols, hospital information system, shared bed pool, etc. in cooperation with the top management of FNOL.
